As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' partnership success while contributing to the growth and innovation of our fintech solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationship based on trust and empathy. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transition and a comprehensive understanding of our solution and platform. Extensive support to all the members at client location and be available for any assistance required.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner Closely with Sales and Product development teams to convey client feedback, identify areas of improvement and contribute towards enhancement of our products & services.
- Product Knowledge & Problem Solving: Develop in depth understanding of our Products and stay up to date with the developments. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients. At the same time analyze complex situation and provide valuable insights and recommendation based on your strong product knowledge.
- Client retention & Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationship by introducing new financial offerings and upselling relevant products. Monitor Client performance, track key metrics and implement strategies for client retention.
