101+ is on a mission to extend human healthspan through cutting-edge longevity science. As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will not only support our members but also play a key role in converting qualified leads into active customers—serving as a trusted guide throughout the 101+ journey.

What We Are Looking For:  

You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals who are interested in optimizing their health. Your mission: turn curiosity into commitment. You’ll engage with inbound leads, nurture relationships, clarify the value of our platform, and ensure each new member has a smooth and supported onboarding experience. Once converted, you’ll continue to guide customers through their testing, results, and optimization plan.

 

What You’ll Do:

  •         Lead Conversion: Engage directly with inbound leads via phone, email, or chat to qualify, educate, and convert them into paying members.
  •         Onboarding: Ensure new members feel welcomed and informed from the moment they join, including assistance with test kits, digital access, and initial insights.
  •         Customer Engagement: Monitor member journeys to ensure high satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  •         Personalized Support: Help translate biological age data and biomarker insights into actionable next steps for users.
  •         Issue Resolution: Provide timely, compassionate support for questions around products, results, shipping, billing, or account access.
  •         Customer Insights: Gather feedback and behavioral data to help shape future product improvements and outreach strategies.
  •         Process Optimization: Help build and refine internal workflows and support documentation to scale the member experience.

 

 

What You’ll need: 

  •         2–4 years in a customer success, inside sales, or healthtech support role.
  •         Proven ability to convert leads through consultative conversations.
  •         Warm, confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
  •         Experience using CRM and support tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom).
  •         Passion for health optimization, preventative care, or longevity science.
  •         Thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven startup environments.
  •         Located in or near Little Rock, AR (hybrid setup preferred).

Added Bonus if you have:

  •         Background in life sciences, nutrition, health coaching, or similar.
  •         Experience working with health-focused subscription products.
  •         Familiarity with HIPAA and personal health data protocols.
